Acquisition of Cementia by Lafarge, followed
by the integration of Lafarge trading activities under
Cementia management (incl. US trading office).

Opening of a trading office in Asia
to support the development
of cement trading in Asia

Acquisition of Blue Circle by Lafarge: trading
activities of Cementia increased from 8 Mt
to 12 Mt in one year.

Trading development in Red Sea,
especially in Sudan and Yemen.

Integration of Atlas floating terminal
in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
